Swimming Canada On Track Times 2026

Development benchmarks by single age (13-26) showing what time a swimmer should hit to be on track for world-class performance.

About This Standard

On Track Times are development benchmarks published by Swimming Canada that show what time a swimmer should be achieving at each age to be on a trajectory toward world-class performance. Unlike qualifying standards, these are not entry requirements for any specific meet.

The times are organized by single age from 13 to 26 and are based on analysis of historical performance data from swimmers who went on to achieve international success. They serve as guideposts for coaches and athletes to evaluate long-term development.

Who Is It For?

Coaches and athletes focused on long-term development. Particularly useful for age-group coaches evaluating whether a swimmer is developing at a rate consistent with future international competitiveness.

Course: LCM. Season: 2026. Ages: 13 through 26 (single-age benchmarks).

Track 3
