How do U Sports qualifying times work?

U Sports publishes a single qualifying standard per event. Swimmers must achieve this time at a sanctioned meet during the competitive season. SCM standards are derived from LCM times with a 3% conversion.

Which university conferences are part of U Sports swimming?

Four conferences: OUA (Ontario University Athletics), Canada West (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba), AUS (Atlantic University Sport), and RSEQ (Quebec). Each conference has its own championship meet, with top performers qualifying for U Sports nationals.
